Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy At Simple Truth Ministries, we are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To ensure that we can continue offering the highest level of service, we have established the following policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and booking requests. Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel your session, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $25 cancellation fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule and make room for other clients who may benefit from the available time. Rescheduling Policy: If you find that you need to reschedule your session, we are happy to accommodate changes. Please notify us as soon as you realize the need to reschedule, and we will work with you to find an alternative time that fits both our schedules. We understand that life happens, and we want to ensure you still have the opportunity to receive the support you need. Booking Requests: To maintain a high level of personal service and ensure your session is fully tailored to your needs, we will manually approve or decline all booking requests. This allows us to offer individualized attention and make sure that your preferred time slots are available. Payments and Fees: Payments for services are due at the time of booking, and any cancellations or no-shows that incur a fee will be charged to the payment method used at the time of booking. We encourage you to plan ahead to avoid any unnecessary fees. General Terms: - We reserve the right to adjust our policies as needed to ensure the best service for our clients. - These policies apply to all sessions and services provided by Simple Truth Ministries. - All fees are non-refundable except in cases where Simple Truth Ministries is unable to fulfill the service as agreed. By booking a session with Simple Truth Ministries, you agree to adhere to these cancellation, rescheduling, and booking policies.
